Home Comfort Survey

What is the Home Comfort Survey?

When it is time to replace your heating and/or air conditioning equipment Central Services will send one of our specialists out to your home to perform a Home Comfort Survey. The time that it takes to complete the survey, prepare options and review the proposal averages 60 – 90 minutes.

We understand this is one of the largest purchases many homeowners will ever make for their homes. Your home is normally your biggest asset/investment. That is why we prefer to take our time to ensure that you invest in the right system for your home and your budget.

What to expect during your Home Comfort Survey:

Questions. Asking you lots of questions and you asking us lots of questions.

Measurements. Expect us to enter each room of your house, measure every window and door. Expect us to take duct work measurements, calculate air flow and evaluate make up air. All of these measurements will be used to ensure proper air flow and equipment size. These steps are critical to your long term comfort and peace of mind.

Review Your Options. Our specialist will review their findings and recommended solutions. This part of the process allows you to make an informed decision and look at all the different choices for replacement and enhancement of your heating and cooling system. At this time you will review financing options and decide which type of account you would like to open.

Occasionally, our specialists might have to prepare your proposal off site and review it with you during another meeting.
